Editors Note: Yes ladies and gentleman we are in our third day (official first work day) of "The 2018 Government Shutdown". Without going into a whirlwind, we will keep it simple, some parks are closed, some Federal Employees are not getting paid, our troops fighting to save Pop pi Fields and Oil Fields are not getting paid, some programs closed. Here is a article from Bloomberg that goes a little more into it as it stands right now.

Update: The first wave was passed by +80 to refund the US Government in the Senate. Next, it goes to the House of Representatives and finally the Presidents desk.
