"Bio-effects of Selected Non-Lethal Weaponry" proved that our own government, and our military, knew of the potential of applying microwave auditory effects as a non-lethal way of disrupting behavior without the victim even knowing what hit him/her or where it even came from. For those on the front lines of war, and those on the front lines in the law enforcement fields, this kind of weaponry is priceless.
