Non- Lethal Weapons

In December of 2006 a program was declassified as a response of a FOIA request.
"Bio-effects of Selected Non-Lethal Weaponry" proved that our own government, and our military, knew of the potential of applying microwave auditory effects as a non-lethal way of disrupting behavior without the victim even knowing what hit him/her or where it even came from. For those on the front lines of war, and those on the front lines in the law enforcement fields, this kind of weaponry is priceless.

Suddenly, we could disable "criminals" or "enemy combatants" without actually killing them. The FOIA documents included the following excerpt: "Microwave hearing may be useful to provide a disruptive condition to a person not aware of the technology.Not only might it be disruptive to the sense of hearing, it could be psychologically devastating if one suddenly 'heard voices in their head'."
Just imagine hearing voices, clicks, and sounds inside your skull and trying to tell someone else about it. People in our "society" would assume you were mentally ill or on drugs. They would look at you like you were some kind of loon. Well, this happens to people everyday. And it's the perfect method to slowly drive someone mad, and/or psychologically and physically disable them, and never let on who or what is behind it.

And naturally, this became the ultimate weapon for military purposes, inciting even more research into systems that could remotely incapacitate people. Even if it was only temporary. Well, in 2003, the U.S. Navy conducted research with a system called MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio). Again, this was focused on the use of modified microwave pulses to cause such great discomfort to personnel entering a specific area or protected perimeter. (Obviously, just one simple, and seemingly "harmless" application of this technology).

Now, here is where I will introduce to you the term "Targeted Individuals" or TI's (assuming you haven't already comes across this term and related subject matter on your own). And this is something no one can truly relate to or understand if they are not victims themselves. It is truly horrifying and malicious torture and extended experimentation on innocent civilians all over the world.

According to targeted individuals, this remote manipulation of the body and mind by various advanced technologies, even weapons, is happening EVERYDAY. For some, even many, it's been happening for YEARS. These people are victims of electronic and directed energy harassment. This is a generalized list of symptoms they suffer from:

-burning sensations on the skin or internally.
-pinprick sensations over the skin and extremities.
-extreme headaches.
-extreme fatigue that comes on suddenly.
-visual hallucinations.
-mysterious skin problems.
-uncontrollable body movements; twitches.
-voices of people in their minds (V2K or Voice to Skull) when
no other people are present; can also be animal sounds, etc.
-sounds of footsteps inside, outside, or on the roof of their home, when no one is there.
-sounds that are not identifiable and feel "surreal" in nature.

Now, let me move on to "Gang-stalking" or experiencing "organized stalking". This is another common event experienced by T.I.'s who are being harassed. The idea is obvious. To create fear, intimidation, and confusion in the victim/victims. These methods include:

-brightening: people turn their headlights on wherever they are
-stalking: being followed by both cars and pedestrians, sometimes very obviously. Some of these people even report planes flying over in patterned intervals.
-mobbing: suddenly being surrounded by people, when walking or in their cars.
-noise harassment: neighbors become very noisy at all hours, suddenly, and in ways that promote fear/anxiety.
-objects: people leaving strange objects in their yard, workplace, automobile, even having personal objects destroyed.
-privacy: computers hacked and other invasions of privacy breached.
-discrediting: people suddenly "smear-campaigning" them, via slander, libel and social networking attacks, even so far as accusing them of child molestation, crimes, etc.

Some signs of being gang-stalked are:

-the sense of being watched and followed.
-rude behavior directed at you by strangers.
-hearing bits of private conversations you've had coming from strangers around you.
-vandalism or signs of repeated break-in attempts at your home or office.
-sudden and/or unexplained strained relationships with friends, lovers, colleagues, etc.
-frequent auto accidents and unusual repairs.
-objects around your home mysteriously being moved around or disappearing altogether.

These are just a few of the tactics that have often been compared to the types of psychological warfare which we saw used by the Nazi's, the KGB, and cults to cause extreme fear in the victims to possibly keep them from whistle-blowing or exposing secrets and information they might have against the perpetrators. Some targeted individuals, however, have no clue why they are being targeted, which to me, suggests perhaps they're just unfortunate guinea pigs chosen for mind control experimentation and behavioral modification.

In case you by happen-stance didn't know this, law enforcement has been using non-lethal to quell crowds and keep riots under control.....for years now. Many, in fact. Including LRAD-the Long Range Acoustic Device, which uses sound waves to "cease" violent behavior by temporarily disorienting the intended victims. These devices serve useful and readily identifiable purposes for both military and law enforcement. 

But there is a much more insidious and less practical use for this technology. According to T.I.'s, who are now beginning to come out en masse via online forums, websites, and social media platforms; including organizations for mind control victims, various books, and even movies. They describe being "pulsed" with V2K tech by those they refer to as the perps (those who are targeting them) and they often don't have any clue as to why. 

Sounds overwhelming, doesn't it? Try to envision being subjected to this expansive array of torture and harassment. And having no escape from it, and no way to identify these people, much less any way of seeking justice. Who do you tell? Who will believe you? How can you even hope to prove it? 

This is their reality.

While we have psychologists and psychiatrists scrambling to "label" these people as mentally ill or delusional, there are those of us who believe that V2K is a real hazard to their health, and have all the recorded and documented ailments to prove it. Finally, for those experiencing V2K specifically, here is a brief and general summary of symptoms or side effects:

-the sound of clicking "Morse-code like" and actual voices inside the skull.
-muscle vibrations and "humming".
-tinnitus and clogged ear ways.
-sinus issues and allergies, throat irritation, and body aches.
-actual rashes and "burns".
-dizziness, confusion, and vertigo.
-an out-of-body sensation, or a sensation of not being in physical control. (Sound familiar?)
-increase in auto-immune diseases and even cancer.

Though having any or all of these symptoms doesn't automatically mean you are are under mind control or even V2K, many of the victims report phone harassment, being followed, "gang-stalking" (which we will get into soon), cyber stalking, electrical and computer issues in their homes, cell phone interference, and eventually a strong sense of paranoia and disorientation. This, as you can guess, is the eventual desired result.

Some T.I.'s can identify potential or even OBVIOUS ties to people they know who may be under varying forms of surveillance, such as corporate and government whistle-blowers or activists. Or other societal "black sheep" or "strays" from the uniformed structure of oppression, like activists, protesters and other advocates for the voiceless. Us "conspiracy theorists", too.

I could say more. But I think I'll leave it at that and let you seek the truth for yourself. Some of these people could be total loonies, sure. But I'd bet my bottom dollar many of them are honest, genuine, and utterly terrified victims of this technology. And I hope that one day people will be more open-minded and accepting of this reality that so many suffer from.
