The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO)

Recent action of the Brexit and also the fuss going on in the UN and EU a lot of us are sick of the ABC groups including NATO. For years, NATO has been basically the International Police since its birth. 

Well now the NATO may have its match. Amazingly enough, just in my personal observation, this has barely if at all been talk about or mentioned on Main Stream Media and even among some independent outlets as well. This new (but not so new and growing) entity called The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) or The Shanghai Pact.

Editors Note: The SCO was originally named the Shanghai Five until they made Uzbekistan a member in 2001, they decided to change the name to The Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Also on July 10, 2016 they admitted Pakistan & India as full members.

The Shanghai Organization is a Eurasian political, economical, and yes military organization which was founded back in 2001in Shanghai by the leaders of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan. Now, India and Pakistan did file to become full members, but the process of acceptance does take a few months and are expected to become official full members at the Astana meeting of the SCO in 2017.

Yes, my fellow reader, this entity has been around for over 15 years, and apparently our media feels like this is not news worth as they spend 10 days on tweets.

But wait! There is more...

The SCO has two other organs +1 (Guest Attendances by ASEAN, CIS & Turkmenistan) or I should say affiliate states that also are apart of this organization which are Observer States, Dialog Partners, and Guest Attendees.

Observer States are states and other organizations who basically are down for the values and policies of the SCo but are being considered for possible future full membership.

 Dialog Partners are states and organizations that shares the goals and principles of the SCO and wishes to establish mutually beneficial partnership with the organization.

Here Is The Structure Of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization

The SCO Headquarters is located in Beijing Peoples Republic of China. Its two official languages is Russian & Chinese. Not understanding the strength of this organization yet? Well lets go further down the rabbit hole shall we? 

They have some very "interesting" established relations and observer positions in some other very key entities: 

• The United Nations (UN)

• Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)

• The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS)

• The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)

The most interesting association is that it is on the Observer Board for none other than the 
General Assembly of the UN.

With all the states in this organization it accounts for 8% of the Global Oil Reserves & 30% of the Global Natural Gas Reserves. Also, with the addition of Iran that will send that total well into a fifth and a half according to the Australian Strategic Policy Institutes March 6th, 2008 Edition on the group.

This organization also has is own Charter called none other than The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Charter.

Within the group there is a "hierarchy" or body's operating inside: 

• The Council of Heads of State

• The Council of Heads of Government

• The Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs

• Meeting of Heads of Miniseries and/ or Agencies

• The Council Of National Coordinators

• The Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure

• Secretariat

Now, something else significant about this group is the last and final part, its military influence and action along with a bonus direct affiliation at the end of this section.

The SCOs participation in military drills and even agreements are definitely something to take note on. Over the past few years, the organization's activities have expanded to include increased military cooperation, intelligence sharing, and counter-terrorism. 

Some of the most notable military drills was the very first one held in 2006 in which there was two phases on held in Kazakhstan and China. After that, Russia & China have come together for war games in 2005, 2007 and 2009.

Editors Note: One of the most visible and talked about exercises was the Peace Mission 2005 which was the very first joint military drill had by Russia & China.

There is much more to this organization that we will be going further into in future articles. I have to ask...is it not alarming the western Media has not reported on this barely at all? Well, we know they only want one face for the New World Order but do you catch the constant divide? 

The true divide which is between Asia and the rest of the world now spider webbed to included ISIS, ISL,IS or whatever the ones who pull the strings want to call it this week? It is a reason to raise an eyebrow indeed.
