 Direct Energy Weapons both victim targeted and area targeted Kill - They are made in the U.K. The U.K Government, the Police, MI5, SO15, the NCA and MI6 have no idea if an ISIS cell in the U.K has assembled their own out of stolen or bought parts, has purchased any or stolen any and are about to aim them at 10 Downing Street or the Queen in Buckingham Palace. 

Why? 

Because in the U.K Direct Energy Weapons are not controlled. (Although D.E.W.'s are a global issue now, just as prevalent here in the U.S ). They can be produced by anybody, sold to anybody and used by anybody. They kill very painfully and can be used to kill and permanently injure over a long period of time or almost instantly. 

It is not a pain you can escape as DE weapon energy will transmit through walls, into hospital wards, into your own bedroom and over long distances. They can be hidden in the roofs of people's homes, in bedrooms and in outbuildings. They can target the arm and hand you write with or just a single eye or your whole body. 

They can be placed in the boot of a car or inside the back of a truck. They can be as small as a handgun or as big as a Showground Ferris wheel.
Direct Energy weapons are able to at the very least produce a burning sensation on your skin. It feels as if you have just scalded yourself with boiling hot water. Being continually subjected to DE energy deadens the nerve endings and your skin and nervous system become numb. Heart palpitations are produced which cause damage to the heart, are able to weaken it and cause increased blood pressure and blood pulse rate. 

When a DE weapon is targeted onto to your eyes it can cause your eyeballs to feel as if a needle is being inserted into the centre of your pupils. 

They can permanently blind you. 

The pain is very very intense and will cause long-term damage. If a DE weapon is targeted onto your brain it feels as if a chisel is trying to break open your skull. Prolonged exposure will cause cancer, blood clots, brain hemorrhage and severe memory loss. It is not possible to escape the energy being directed at you. DE Weapons can kill instantly or gradually over time be used to damage your nervous system.

Yet in the U.K Direct Energy Weapons are not controlled. They can be produced by anybody, sold to anybody and used by anybody. People here in the states are learning to make their own as well.
